This place is the absolute best kennel/daycare around. I cannot recommend it enough. My dog, Remy stayed for 2 weeks. He has never been away from us for this long and has some behavioral issues so I was very nervous about this stay but the experience was fantastic.

Brought our dog Lumi here while we went on a two week vacation in the UK. Our dog ended up getting sick while we were gone and we were panicking, but Diamond in the Ruff took her to our vet to get checked out, and got the meds she needed. Amazing service!

3rd time our babies have stayed with Diamond in the Ruff. Each and every time they both come home smiling from ear to ear, cleaner than when they arrived, and just full of love.

As the owner of a dog with behavioral issues, it is wonderful to find a place to leave my dog while we are away and not worry about him being mistreated or forced into situations that trigger his fear aggression. Jess is amazing!

Best kennel around! My dog was ill one day while I was away. They called, followed up with my emergency contact, had a trip to the vet ready to go, and transportation too. Well organized and trustworthy! My dog ended up being fine, just a little under the weather.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. They really get to know your dogs and spend the time learning their personalities! My dogs are always so excited to come here and start whining when we turn onto Hwy 6. With offerings like playtime and outdoor space, they love it!

Everest had a great experience there — if anything, he might have been spoiled too much. He was well taken care of, and the staff were great keeping us up to date while we were away from him. We would recommend them anytime for longer-duration stays for your pups!

From the initial website visit until after our dog’s stay, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and the process was seamless. I appreciated the update report card with photos!

So far I have tried only day care. I have two dogs and they enjoyed their time in daycare. I was happy to hear that when my little dog was cold they took her inside. The facility is very nice and clean, and the staff is very professional.

Every step from booking to drop-off and pick-up was easy and handled by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Getting an emailed update ‘report card’ with photos was really fantastic. We will return!
