Holiday Booking
Want to Book for March Break, Christmas or New Years?
     Please make an account if you are a New Client, or access your account by putting in your name or phone number and using your password. We recommend making a reservation for the room, exercise and grooming requirements.
Undecided? We will confirm exercise packages when you drop-off.
Minimum stays are in effect during these times. Short stays may be declined.
The program will generate an approximate, 50% deposit for March break and Christmas/New Years only.  IF we are able to accept your reservation a deposit will be required. Please wait until your reservation is accepted. If we are able to accept your request, you will be prompted to pay your deposit online. Deposits are 50% of the room cost only ( not services or grooming).
Deposits are refundable if cancelled 21 days ( three weeks) before the start of the holiday.
An administration fee of $35 will be billed in this case .
If you are booking on or over Dec 25 – Jan 1, the cancellation date is on or before December 4th. The first Saturday of March break-requires 3 week prior notice for cancellation.
Cancellations less than 21 days before the start date of the peak season will not be refunded.
Victoria Day to Labour Day Reservations
If your reservation falls on a Saturday between Victoria Day and Labour Day minimum stay requirements are in effect.
Long stays are preferred over peek or high season. Current clients that need to request a short stay over our peak or busy times please call us with your reservation request so we can let you know the current status of your request and try and accommodate you.
