All rooms include heated ceramic floors, private covered patios, large windows with natural light, an air purification system, and climate control.
Ruby Room (Standard)

- More than comfortable enough for giant breeds with plenty of space to stretch!
- Our most popular room type for a single dog.
Emerald Room
- This room measures 30 sq ft
- Has space for two beds with room to spare.
- Perfect for Multi-dog families

This elegant space is perfect for the dog that needs ‘a little more’. Suitable for single occupants or bring up to four friends for a fun sleepover! Our largest room offers:
- 64 sq ft of suite luxury
- Premium location within the building
- Large windows that offer an exceptional view
- Large dog bed with ergonomic mattress and full-bedding
- Entertainment system that plays ‘dog-approved’ movies

Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Clients need to be at least 30 mins before close to pick-up and drop-off their pet.
Monday, 8:00am – 7:00pm
Tuesday, 8:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesday, 9:00am – 11:00am & 4:00pm – 6:30pm
Thursday, 8:00am – 7:00pm
Friday, 8:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday, 8:00am -4:00pm
Sunday, 8:00am – 7:00pm
Latest time for Pick-Up is 6:30 PM with the exception of Saturday when the office closes at 4 PM.
Check out times:
Ruby/Emerald Room Occupants: no day charge for the room if picked up before 11:00 AM
Diamond Room Occupants: no day charge for the room if picked up before 1:00 PM
- A Half Day charge will apply from 11-1 for Ruby/Emerald Rooms
- A Full Day charge will apply after 1 pm for all rooms
